The 20×138mmB "Solothurn Long" is a belted centerfire cartridge that was mainly used in anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons during World War II. It was developed by the Swiss Solothurn Firearms Company during the early 1930's. The designation means the bullet diameter measures at 20 mm, the length of the cartridge case is 138 mm and "B" indicates that it is a belted case. A loaded cartridge weighs in at 300 grams (10.7 oz).
