.366 TKM
The .366 TKM is a Russian "shotgun" cartridge, based on the 7.62x39. Based on Russian firearm regulations, smoothbore firearms are considered shotguns and as such are subject to significantly lighter regulations than rifles. As a result, the .366 TKM is a sort of workaround and as such is fired through smoothbore "shotguns" to act as a slug gun of sorts. Likewise, since it is based on the extremely popular 7.62x39 cartridge, many firearms are readily convertible to the .366 TKM.
